Short answer: Market pulse is a rolling summary of inventory events Prevost List indexed recently. Use it to see what moved, not to invent an average Prevost price.
What the page is for
Market pulse answers questions like:
- Which coaches newly appeared in indexed inventory?
- Where did known asking prices change?
- Which units show sold or delisted signals?
It does not publish a blended “market average.” That number would mix incompatible converters, years, and floorplans — see Why Prevost averages mislead.
How to scan it usefully
- Skim for your segment — note converters and year bands you care about before you dig into any single coach.
- Click through to the coach — the pulse row is a pointer; the coach page holds specs, photos, and full listing history.
- Treat sold/delisted as signals — heuristics and reports, not a closed escrow receipt.
Pair it with comps
After you spot activity, open Browse coaches or Converters and pull a short comparable set. Event context plus comps beats staring at a pulse alone.
