How records are built
Prevost List is a parsed inventory directory — not a pricing engine or dealer marketplace.
Crawl & parse pipeline
Dealer listing URLs are discovered per domain, fetched, and parsed into structured coach fields (year, converter, floorplan, specs, photos). Each parse creates or updates a coach record and attaches listing source metadata.
Coach vs listing
A coach is the canonical record for a physical unit. Listings are dealer-specific snapshots (price, stock number, description, URL). One coach may appear on multiple listings over time; the coach detail page shows that history.
Photos & main image
Gallery images are stored with the coach. Main (hero) images are selected using URL and scene heuristics so exterior shots are preferred over interior gallery photos when both exist.
Public visibility
Only coaches marked public appear on this site. Admin operators control visibility while reviewing parsed inventory quality.
Market pulse
The market pulse page summarizes recent listing activity (new listings, sold/delisted heuristics, and price changes from listing snapshots). It is event-based and comparable-specific — never a single average market price.
