Privacy Policy
What Prevost List collects, why, and how to control it.
What we collect
Prevost List is a research directory, not a marketplace — we don't require an account to browse. When you create an account we store your name and email. When you browse the site with analytics consent enabled, we record page views and a small set of product events (for example, viewing a coach record or clicking through to a dealer's original listing) so we can see which parts of the directory are useful and improve them. We do not use this data for advertising and we do not sell it to third parties.
Cookies and analytics
We use PostHog for privacy-friendly product analytics. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner — declining, or browsing with a Global Privacy Control signal enabled in your browser, keeps analytics off entirely. Essential cookies (for example, keeping you signed in) are not affected by this choice.
Your choices
You can accept or decline analytics at any time, and we automatically honor Global Privacy Control browser signals as a "do not sell or share" request under CCPA/CPRA. We don't sell or share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing additional to opt out of on that front — this control simply governs the analytics cookies described above.
