Price honesty stays the same
The paid path does not invent sold prices or market averages. Asking prices and reported figures stay attributed and labeled. Anything we cannot support remains clearly marked — the same philosophy as Asking price vs sold signals.
When it helps
- You want a cleaner print/share package for a shortlist
- You need attribution laid out for advisors (without treating it as title history)
- You already narrowed to one or two coaches via Browse
It is not a substitute for inspection, title work, or a seller conversation.
